An RDLB production for Moss & Associates
The Moss Story
A living command center for the Moss brand story — the Iterations of Moss mini-series (1.0–8.0) feeding the enterprise film, co-built with the Moss Business Strategy team (interview outlines, briefs and scheduling flow in from Moss; scripts, boards and cuts flow back from RDLB). Approve, review, and shape it together. Every thread, interview, and asset in one place.

A phased model: capture the interviews we can get now for the near-term Nashville need, then build toward the full enterprise Moss story — nothing thrown away along the way. Goal: all/most interviews & episodes complete by the December LAM.
Upcoming deliverables
🖥 Nashville Ceros site in planning
The interactive digital experience that will carry the Moss story and the Nashville expansion — where the mini-series episodes live. Story-led, warm, cinematic; Logo Green (#046A38) dominant, Gold Brass (#866D4B) accent.
Page-by-page: Landing / Home · The Moss Story (Origin — Bob's voice) · Iterations of Moss (1.0–8.0 interactive timeline) · Leadership / People · Nashville: The Next Chapter (8.0) · Core Values & Just Cause · Proof Points (HBS, ENR, Business Journal rankings) · Contact / Connect.
The confirmed spine: the Iterations of Moss, 1.0–8.0 — Moss's history told like software updates, one 1–2 minute episode per iteration. Interview-driven, interlaced voices, building chronologically toward Nashville (8.0). Version 1.0 covers through the core values; the full enterprise cut assembles the rest.
Core narrative themes
① The Nashville Foundation — Bob's journey starting in Nashville and the decision to go home to his values. ② The Core Values Pivot — from a publicly-traded giant to a family-oriented firm, because construction is a people business. ③ The Just Cause — Improving Lives. Building the Future.
The docuseries workflow — scripts, concepts, boards and scope documents move through here. Approve, request changes, or reject with one click; every decision is recorded with your name so the whole team sees where things stand.
The Moss footage vault, curated from the RDLB Dropbox — final films, interviews, B-roll and event coverage, mapped to the docuseries' story segments. Open anything in Dropbox, or send a clip to the Review Room for frame-accurate feedback.

Lock in a full Moss production day. Block a whole day from RDLB's live availability — mark it as a production / film day and it's on the calendar, no back-and-forth emails. Bring the shoot details (site, contacts, what we're capturing) into the booking notes and we'll confirm. Bob is first priority; Brett's interview is captured (Aug 11–12) — next up: Cipriani b-roll during his roadshow, coordinated with Eddy Morales (Slick Vid) and Caroline Williams.

live availability
Times shown reflect RDLB's real calendar. Reserve the full day so we can capture the interview plus same-day b-roll (walking, driving, in the office, on the jobsite). You'll get a confirmation and calendar invite once booked.

Interview-led capture on the confirmed schedule. Bob is the first priority (Sep 10, confirmed). Dates & locations reflect the latest from the Moss strategy team; goal is all/most interviews captured by the December LAM. Founders = Bob, Chad & Scott · VLT = the leadership roster · Story threads = voices to weave in as the enterprise story fills out.

What we have vs. what we still need. Time-sensitive captures — the old office before demolition, fall groundbreakings & ribbon cuttings, Aspen in August — are flagged hot. They don't wait.
The Thread — our narrative spine
"Every building is a story. Every story begins with someone who cared."
⚑ Story canon — get this right
A father and TWO sons built Moss. Bob, Chad, and Scott started it in 2004 — boots on the ground, grinding away. Chad is a co-founder and must stay in the founding story; he later founded the Moss Foundation (4.0) and moved to the Family Office. Don't tell this as a "Bob & Scott" story.
Scott was employee #2 from day one — onboarding everyone, picking up their phones, grinding daily. Not a Harvard brat handed the business, and not "in school while Bob worked." He earned it on the ground first, then took over the business as Chad transitioned to the Family Office.
Confirmed direction: the Iterations of Moss mini-series (1.0–8.0, one short episode per iteration) — interview-led, interlaced voices, building chronologically toward Nashville (8.0) and the enterprise story. See the Iterations timeline for the episode spine. Film-style arc: open in the Harvard classroom → flash back to Bob at first light → climb through the iterations → return to Harvard on the Just Cause.
